Positive: The property was modern & spacious I loved the two floors. Location was very good with a quiet neighbourhood.

Negative: Disappointed with the dull lighting in the lounge as I could not read by the light. The Kitchin smelt of food and needs an air freshener in there. The main downside was the main bedroom on the top floor, the mattress was so uncomfortable. This needs a topper or a new mattress we did not sleep very well at all.

Positive: Lovely , spacious well planned out property with a little office area nice enclosed back garden with the bonus of a lovely cherry tree in the corner lovely place to stay

Positive: The house is in a great location on a nice new estate. The house is lovely, well equipped and well proportioned. The garden is a nice touch, though would benefit from more chairs.

Negative: The key code had been changed and we had not been informed, so had to ring the hosts which was a little stressful after a long journey. The kitchen lights did not work, which we did not discover until we returned after dark. There was also a mouldy cherry under the bed in the double room on the first floor, which was not ours. I think the main suite would also benefit from a TV.

Positive: Great location for us visiting my family in Barton-upon-Humber. Good spacious house. Liked that it has 3 floors. Lovely little playground just down the road for children. Nice and quiet. Well equipped kitchen.

Negative: The mattresses were not that comfy, could do with being thicker. Like with previous comments, oven gloves would be a good addition to the kitchen and there were no tea towels to dry with, so we used a fabric reusable bag instead, not ideal! There is a mounted TV on the wall in the kitchen, that does not work. The hosts need to make this clear to guests before they arrive, our children were excited to watch TV in the kitchen, and were then disappointed when I messaged the hosts about it not working and I was were told that it wasn't a working TV.

Summary: Nice and spacious house, in a quiet area, great for a family.
