Summary: Very nice, spacious and quiet apartment, well and securely located in a gated area. Well equipped kitchen. We only missed wifi access.

Summary: Convenient for bus to the Orange Velodrome and ferry and buses to the port. Beaches and beach restaurants not far and very nice. Lovely local Boucherie and mini supermarket. The apartment was average, beds could have been more comfortable. The owner was helpful.

Summary: The location was a bit far from the center and the old port- but we were able to get Ubers fairly quickly- but it was very close to the beach- Plage Rouge- and many different cafes and restaurants-a beautiful park behind the property with walking trails- very quiet and clean neighborhood. The host was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable with everything in the apartment- this is great price and value.

Summary: This apartment, situated in the quaint seaside neighborhood of La Pointe Rouge, couldn’t have been more perfect! We are two couples and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The apartment is a ten-minute walk from multiple beaches, and very close to the ferry which can bring you to the Old Port or Les Goudes. The host, Gerard, was incredible! We loved getting to know him; he was so funny and kind. He even gave us a tour of one of the Calanques! We had so much fun here and hopefully one day we can return!

Summary: There is a Covid pandemic. My host has kindly postponed my stay until a further date, possible next year. Please undate your software, receiving such emails is not helpful.

Summary: I rented this for the 2018 Christmas holidays. The place is clean, spacious and very safe. Gerard, the owner is very friendly and very helpful if you need guidance in the area. The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the apartment is located in a gated community which was a plus for me, my family and the car rental I had. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Marseille

Summary: Mr Papazian was very friendly and pleasant and we all enjoyed staying in his apartment for a week . 10 minutes walk from the beach and close to the Calanques National park for those who like walking. Buses and Boats easy to catch for Marseille City centre. It was helpful that Mr Papazian speaks a little English but we suggest that English visitors do brush up on their basic french. All the Marseille people that we met were very friendly and helpful even though we could speak very little french.

Summary: The owner is very generous and helpful. We enjoyed the view of mountain by the window. And walking to the nearest bike/bus station won't take long. The space of rooms are large and clean. The kitchen is pretty new with electric oven and washing machine, but the knifes are dull. There are water heater, coffee maker, toaster , and plenty of tableware in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom with a bathtub and no shower curtain so it's hard to keep the floor dry and clean. But overall experience is great! I would bring my family come again if we are traveling to Marseille.
