Summary: Old style motel. Room and some areas around the hotel need an update. I used an electric scooter while there and the lack of railings on the ramps to the second floor was very frightening every time I used them.

Summary: Clean room, friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars except for noise level. We could easily hear people talking in the room next to us. Luckily they did quiet down about 11:30pm.

Summary: I called numerous times to make sure my room was going to have a crib for my baby. They kept reassuring me, telling me I would have one! I mean I called daily about 5 days in advance to make sure! So to not be given a crib was disappointing. On top of that I booked 4 months in advance and still recieved a room I didn’t ask for. I got 2 queen beds when I reserved 2 king beds with a crib and the patio! I paid extra! I was given a hotel room with NO patio, or balcony AND NO CRIB. While they finally got us a new room after multiple conversations, they gave us a crib on our last day of travel, when our baby would not be sleeping during the day. It was honestly disappointing. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets felt like plastic. The rooms were not cleaned as well as they could be. Just wear shoes at all times.

Summary: The room smelled really bad upon arrival!!! The heater smelled horrible after turning it on. So we turned it off and were super cold ALL NIGHT!! The hot water handle in the sink totally can’t off Worst experience since staying there for years!! Very disappointed!!
