Summary: Necey at the front desk was amazing!!! We went in hoping to get last minute reservations and she went above and beyond to find a room for 3 nights on one of Disney’s busiest weekend!!! We love the huge pool!!!! The location is the best for getting to the parks!!!

Summary: Overall the hotel was nice and the location was great. The service wasn’t the worst but they weren’t very timely with bringing things to our room. The bathroom door was crooked and wouldn’t close without some effort. Other than that it was acceptable and the food, entertainment and dining options were good too.

Summary: The hotel boasts an excellent location and strong architectural potential, but it suffers from a lack of proper maintenance and would greatly benefit from remodeling. In our first room, we encountered a serious hygiene issue—accumulated hair backing up from the bathtub drain—and a malfunctioning shower faucet. The front desk promptly relocated us to a different room, after learning about these issues. However, based on the staff’s response, the faucet issue appears to be a recurring problem at the property. To their credit, the front desk representative handled the situation professionally and courteously, and waived our overnight parking fees.

Summary: This review is for the facility only, the staff was 5 stars. We greatly appreciate everything they did to make our stay more comfortable. 1st room we had was dark and felt damp. Had a very off putting smell of mold. When laying in the bed you can feel a vibration. It was weird. We called service and were moved to another room. 2nd room was fine until it came time for showers. There was a leak from the handle of the shower and no hot water after running it for 30 mins. Called service to let them know. The water got warm enough to shower that night and maintenance to come fix it in the morning while we were out. Came back and leak was fixed but still no hot water. After a full day at Disneyland this was exhausting to deal with. While moving to another room we told the bellman about the lamp. It was a fire hazard. Every move or shaking of the floor made it go on/off. He commented and said that shouldn't even be plugged in and is a huge hazard! They relocated us again. 3rd room was fine. At this point we were done. Will not be staying here in the future. Upgrades were made to this hotel but serious issues have not been addressed. Shout out to Victoria at guest services and Charles the bellman who helped us relocate. Your customer service was top tier. We appreciate you for making our stay bearable.
