Summary: Very nice, smelled wonderful the minute we opened the door. Front desk was so super helpful offering to help with luggage. Grounds and hotel extremely clean and nice, great location just a quick walk to town square. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Summary: The Hotel has a sister restaurant across the street. We had the hotel book reservations for us. The restaurant had no record of the reservations and would not seat us. We booked for a different time with the restaurant. They did not honor those reservations either. Not sure if this is the restaurant’s fault or the hotel’s but they should work better together. TV/cable was awful. We wanted to watch World Cup and the 250th 4th of July events. It kept buffering to a point it was useless. We were unaware that the full breakfast came with our room until our last day. This could have been communicated better. Hotel is great and very convenient. The morning staff did a wonderful job. Hotel was very clean. If they tweak a few things they will be great.

Summary: Very noisy room. Both from neighboring rooms, and maintenance staff working late into evening and early in morning. Cleanliness inadequate in room with zero effort to clean under bed, other hard to reach places. Even a random pill was on the floor by the dresser.

Summary: Overall good stay and good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly! My biggest complaints are about comfort- the beds were horrendous and if you are like me and don’t sleep well already, this may not be the best place to stay. Stiff, springy mattresses and flat/lumpy pillows need updating. The temperature in the room was difficult to control as well- it was either way too hot or too cold, that could’ve been user error though. Finally, the WiFi just didn’t connect most of the time to my devices.

Summary: Amazing experience, house manager, Paz was one of a kind, my son got sick, she and her staff did everything that they possibly could to help us. We felt at home and taken care of.. cannot wait to come back and tell my friends about the Alpine Hosue as well! Highly recommend!

Summary: Highly recommend!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our fireplace wasn’t working in our room so they upgraded our room so we could have a working fireplace. The whole place was comfy and cozy. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have ever experienced!! Located near the town square so we were able to walk around easily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay next time we are in Jackson!!
