Positive: We had a very bad night and we booked the last room Sophie and Shirley were so kind. We were 6 hours on the runway then turned back zero luggage and I think we booked the last room because of the World Cup and all the airline cancellations
Negative: The pillows were to thick and the bed small but a cool vibe

Positive: Location, valet parking, simple breakfast, renovated spaces and guest room were awesome. I appreciate the upscaleness of this hotel. The amount of parking was good. The clientele was upper end.
Negative: The texting from the front desk was fine, but it seemed like the precheck was not synchronized with the phyiscal check-in, why should I scan my license ahead of time if they are just going to ask for it again upon check-in. BTW, this place really needs to invest $$ in their elevators... they are slow and 1 is (and has been for years) out of service.
Summary: My favorite place to stay in the NJ/NY area. Rooms are worth it!
