Summary: Ashley was at the front desk when I arrived. She gave me the room key early since the room was ready, and she offered excellent suggestions on places I might enjoy going for a walk. Ashley made me feel very welcome, and greeted me by name every time I walked by the front desk.

Summary: It was nice to be downtown, was told by the staff there would be bike parking inside when made the reservation, not so much when we arrived and had to put bikes in our room. Was quiet and communal area with refrigerator was nice.

Summary: Good location. As advertised it is a backpackers hotel, and may be aimed more at that clientele . We missed there being no fridges and procedure to turn TV on defeated our group. Staff was good and condition of rooms were good

Summary: For the price, the hotel was awesome! Clean, good service, awesome restaurants at the bottom, super cool lounge area with a sauna! Only problem was the super hard bed, mattress could be replaced ! And pressure on shower and water a bit stronger! Great for 1-2 nights if you recover from back soreness quick!

Summary: The hotel is super conveniently located and walking distance from everything and there's even a lovely cafe next door. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, my room was less than stellar. There was hair left in the bathroom from the previous person who stayed there, and the room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Also head's up, there's some construction going on across the street so be ready for an 7:45am wake-up.
