Summary: Visited for an overnight City break, went to use the Pool soon after we arrived however the entire pool area was full of people sitting around but no one actually in the pool and all the outdoor tables were also taken. After waiting for some time inside in case any space freed up we were informed that there was a group booking from 4pm and the pool, bar and restaurant would not be available for use which was essentially the reason for our stay so extremely disappointed

Summary: The breakfast was adequate although the plates were quite small (side plate size), and I think this contributed to the amount of food/sauces on the floor which weren'tcleaned up. The room is small but airy. The seating on light pastels was heavily stained where we were seated and could have benefited from cleaning

Summary: There is a special procedure to follow when arriving with your own car which involves a third party parking provider. We arrived on a Sunday and there's no parking out the front available for check-in. We eventually parked in a loading zone and rang the hotel. The electronic answering system has an option for parking which which brings up a recorded message explaining what you need to do. Once passed that, the staff are generally friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable for our overnight stay.

Summary: Only one consideration for feedback, no drinking water in the room is not great especially at a premium room rate. Appreciative that your trying to reduce single serve plastics but then a better alternative needs to be in place rather than go a tap in the restaurant…
