Positive: Breakfast selection is excellent however if you want a cappuccino or latte they charge ++ . No big deal but nowadays…… Love the team and place, so convenient

Negative: My room looks over the smoking terrace for the bar below. So you hear everything and I mean everything people say. Even if they whisper 😀 The music that they play on same terrace from the bar is annoying, it was on till 10pm and even if you shut the windows its still too loud. What to do

Positive: The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom looked new. It had a huge shower. There was a TV, tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits, a fan, toiletries and towels. The breakfast was delicious, we ordered from the menu and we weren't rushed. We stayed here because we were at a wedding 20 mins away. We didn't have time to explore the area around the Adam and Eve but the drive in the area was stunning.

Negative: We went on Monday and had an email on the morning to say that the facilities ie pub and restaurant wouldn't be available we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere but we're told too late felt like we had been mislead and mistreated IWeather was lovely and beer garden was inviting no one there had to drive over 2 miles to get an evening meal which wasn't our plan as we were on a road trip and wanted to relax on the evenings Manager was sympathetic at breakfast
