Positive: Room, swimming & spa pool, dining room/restaurant, bar & shop. Dining room waiting staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. Jack deserves a special mention for his classic 'Dad jokes'.

Negative: Noise from guests in adjacent room (made worse by an adjoining door). Complimentary drinking water bottles were not replaced by maid service on our second day.

Positive: We truly loved everything about our stay. The grounds are beautifully maintained and very scenic, and the location right on the lake is absolutely perfect. There are plenty of places to walk and many entertainment options for families. The pool area is great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub as well. What impressed us the most is how spacious and comfortable everything felt. Even though Friday and Saturday are typically considered the busiest days, the entire property felt calm, well-organized, and very pleasant. The staff does an excellent job managing everything so smoothly that you simply feel relaxed at all times. There are many cozy seating areas throughout the hotel — on each floor, in the main lobby, and outdoors — which makes it easy to spend time privately with your family. The restaurants offer plenty of seating, and the overall layout of the resort creates a very comfortable and open atmosphere. The staff was wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and professional. We also appreciated the additional entertainment options like live music and tastings, which added a special touch to the stay.

Negative: We were completely satisfied with our stay.
