Positive: I liked that the staff upgraded us to a harbor view room without us asking. That was very kind. It appeared to have been updated and it was beautiful.

Negative: I would definitely stay again and have little to complain about. However, for the Sunday brunch, the food was delicious but some offerings were cold and also having Santa there was a nice touch but when I requested a photo he required me to go to a separate room to do it but I noticed he granted the request for a photo at the table of the next guest. Santa then kept coming to our table to chat when we were eating and not really available for long conversations.

Negative: The food options were various on paper but the actual products were dissapointing, not nutritious options and not very tasty either. The room was big enough but the factilities not very good, considering the price. Honestly everything was ok, but only just - not at all what was advertised as a luxurious spa destination - this is an en masse family holiday facility.

Negative: The jacuzzi were not working in the spa area pool where it matters the most! Very disappointing! When enjoying the spa not able to get in the jacuzzi really sucked!

Summary: My family and I had an amazing time. I have a child on the spectrum. The staff were really welcoming and kind towards us

Negative: A bit dated property, lots of walking to everything especially with your luggage no elevators , no AC in the hallways, no pass to use spa facility even if you stay at the property ( depending on what you paid for the room it may feel fair or unfair)

Negative: When I asked the front desk clerk where to park, she said I'm getting there. She was helpful however and smiled. The facility is like a maze, difficult to get anywhere. The room hadn't appeared to be updated in years. The cost was excessive.
