Positive: The view and property are absolutely amazing. The room and patio has an such an amazing view, that I didn't want to leave the room. Everything was clean and the room is very functional. The staff is friendly and responsive. Markos was an excellent host. He did a great job of assisting with any needs. I will recommend this place to my friends and stay here again when I return.

Positive: The highlight of the property is the view from the balcony. Its spectacular, with an outdoor heated pool facing the sea and the mountains, and you get to see the sunrise. The 3 bedroom cave villa is nothing short of amazing, with an indoor heated pool, which is another cherry on the top. The villa exceeded my expectations. The host Konstantinos was very easily reachable and answered all my queries and was very helpful all the time. 10/10 for the property

Negative: Could include a service for breakfast options. That would make the villa unmatchable

Negative: The apartment smells musty, one of the bathrooms had a broken faucet and water was leaking from the shower hose because it was cracked. In addition, one of the bathrooms has no ventilation system. Due to the high humidity throughout the apartment, there were dehumidifiers in the hallways, which were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep.

Positive: We stayed for two nights at The A Collection by K&K, and the villa was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, one of the best in Santorini, close to everything and easy to get around. The view was stunning and truly enchanting. The staff were amazing, especially Markos, who hosted us with exceptional kindness and care. He was incredibly helpful and truly one of a kind.
