Positive: The house is very clean and new. Self check in. Less than 5 minutes drive to Pekan Melor. Towel and toileteries provided. Refregirator, microwave, rice cooker and kitchen utensils provided. 3 minutes drive to nearest tomyam stall. (Quite good stall if you are lazy to drive)

Negative: About 30 minutes to KB by Lebuhraya Rakyat (expected) No air cond in room 2 and 3 (it is okay for us because of rainy season) RM200 deposit (refunded on same day of check out) Overall, all the above does not matter much as the house is nice and we enjoyed our stay.
