Positive: The house flows really well. It was warm and comfortable. Very well equipped Kitchen.

Negative: The Couch in family room was extremely dirty and the fan in bathroom does not work. Tv in the small sitting area needs to be re programmed as currently only ABC and Chanel 10 could be viewed.

Summary: The weather was not kind to us so we appreciated a well set out comfortable house.
