Positive: Location was probably the only thing Staff were nice

Negative: It’s a bit outdated and rough Breakfast wasn’t great Airco didn’t really reach the bedroom Overpriced for what it is. Photos don’t really match what you get. Disappointing.

Positive: I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! After friends of ours had been earlier in the year we had high expectations and we weren’t disappointed! Stunning sea views, 5 minute walk to Cala Agulla, 15 minute walk to the port, perfect pool for our young family, great restaurants right outside the hotel (highly recommend El Gaucho), attentive staff and super clean, it really ticked all our boxes!

Summary: Awesome stay 5 minutes walk from the stunning Calla Agulla!

Positive: Amazing place and views Booked studio and got a apartnent that was really great Good support in all questions Good breakfast and dinners Clean Spa and swimming pool

Negative: Could be something new for the breakfast, it was the same set all the time Pillow for me was a little bit hard as I prefer softer one For evening time may be would prefer more soft light (may be just a local night lamp on a table) in the main room Swimming pool possible to use only from 10 Am to 7Pm and I like to swim in early mornings On dinners even water is not included and all drinks you need to pay additionaly But these were minor issues and it was a really great and pleasant stay

Positive: The Staff in all areas very friendly. Breakfast is really great value for money.

Negative: The beds were rather uncomfortable. Also the water didn’t drain well in the basin in our room. It was only fixed upon a second request, although a techniker came the first time around, the water was still not draining. During our visit there, the other guests (opposite from room 259) were so loud, that my grandchild struggled to sleep.

Summary: Great staff, unfortunately the uncomfortable beds meant I came back tired from my holiday
