Positive: This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was so welcoming & did everything in their power to make our stay great... The breakfast was amazing. Nice relaxed atmosphere in probably one of the best locations in Chiang Mai! Deffo heading back here later on in the year 👏

Positive: The location is really perfect, so close to Thapae gate, Chinatown Warorot Market, the Sunday walking market, lots of food options and attractions, very easy to get around by Grab or just walking around the city.

Negative: Given that the price is rather low for one night, the type of travelers that choose this property are mostly young people, backpackers. So you would hear them go out at night and come back very late, and you would hear them. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. From the reception downstairs to delivery, to people check-in and check-out, just everything. If you want a quiet, relaxing night, this isn’t the property for you. I complained about the noise because it was kind of ruining my stay and they changed my room to an upper floor, which was very nice of them. I could still hear noise though, but the staff was very very kind and thoughtful. :)

Positive: Great location, quiet but still close to busy area with lots of cafés and restaurants. Friendly staff and small hangout area. The pool itself is great, but unfortunately, there is no sun to enjoy afterwards.

Negative: The room was very small and stuffy and there was no option to open the window. You can hear other guests very loud as the walls are quite thin. No elevator available.

Summary: Very basic hostel in great location.

Positive: A small hotel has an indoor pool good for relax after coming back from outside. As the location is away from the main street, it’s very good for me that wanted to have a peaceful stay. Staffs were very helpful, active and willing to help you. Room was basic but nice with good air-con, no back pain caused by a bed, linen was clean and fresh. Worth for money and I highly recommend this place.
