Positive: Good location, close to other places we wanted to visit and nice views of the harbor, which was industrial but we still thought that was cool. I also got the impression that the management is trying to improve this property, and it has potential.

Negative: Kind of a strange vibe for the cost of the room. Not particularly nice or clean, just okay. Stains on towels and cigarette burns on the sheets although everything appeared clean-ish. Service was fine but not especially prompt or professional. This place is a motel or low-income housing, I don’t really understand the price we were charged for that type of stay.

Summary: Fine in a pinch but wouldn’t recommend.

Negative: We had to search for the “24 hr desk” and there wasn’t one. We had to call the number on the app, then have them meet us. Marina wasn’t as advertised, there were people that lived there and it was loud

Positive: Sam was accommodating and super helpful with EVERYTHING. The units are like small apartments and they are within 10 minutes in either direction of all main attractions and the property sits quietly along the Thames River. Clean, quiet and decent prices.
