Positive: Location is great, very close to the beach, marketplace, bakery, but still tucked away from crowded streets. Spacious balcony.

Negative: Parking is a bit challenging to find, parking is in streets which are narrow and almost always full.

Positive: Easy communication with the owner, clean and tidy, wonderful location. The studio is located 1 minute walking from the beach of Limenaria and 5 min from the city center.

Negative: The furniture in the room is a little bit old fashioned, but the mattress was comfortable. We had two separate beds.

Positive: The location was great, it was clean and the terrace was lovely. Very friendly staff, still no reception so we couldn't really see them. The bathroom was excellent, but warm water was taking very long to get to the top floor. The rooms were spacious. Shades were solid and did a really good job, but it's not possible to sleep on an open window.

Negative: The air-conditioning was not really convenient. While we were not in the room it was impossible to cool it down. As it is on the top floor, it gets hot very fast. We didn't have a double bed, but this was expected from the reservation. The Internet connection was very poor.

Summary: Very convenient location, good value for this price
