Positive: Friendliness of staff, esp. the bar staff and waiter and waitress both evening and breakfast service. The food was lovely and well presented. We liked our room with the terrace area outside over looking the golf course. The added coffee machine in the room was a nice extra. We had a walk in shower which was excellent.

Negative: We found an offer on the website that was cheaper than what we had booked which included a dinner voucher. Note to self, check offers with the hotel before booking with other sources. We did feel the breakfast layout was a bit confusing as you couldn't find the cereals and fruit options clearly as they were almost hidden with the décor, all in the middle on a shelving unit!! The cooked breakfast options were lovely and plentiful.

Positive: The room was lovely with a terrace and outside furniture overlooking the golf course. À very comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Leisure centre was excellent, we enjoyed the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi as well as the swimming pool. We were half board and thought the choice at breakfast and the evening dinner was very good. Wonderful staff and Diana particularly stood out. All in all à perfect stay and we have since booked another two night stay in June.

Negative: Absolutely nothing

Positive: The location is excellent. Perfect facilities like spa , sauna , pool , golf , gym , nice and friendly staff , best service. Easy check in and check out, easy and free to use spa facilities no pre booking , fantastic food , every thing we need there was for us like wellies boot, umbrella , even pool basket . Pet friendly and best location for our puppy to enjoy . %100 percent we will come back again

Negative: Just there is no coffee machine for breakfast we should call staff to serve coffee or tea , but they are accessible already and immediately
