Summary: room needed a fresh coat of paint, light fixtures were mostly broken or stained, the hallways were dirty and everything from check in to the restaurants was extremely slow and inefficient. the wifi never worked for us and the facilities with the exception of the pool and beach were all pretty subpar for a 5 star hotel.
