Positive: Fantastic gem in Ratanakiri. Greatest place that I stayed during my travels in Cambodia. Highly recommended. I am coming back. Beautiful bungalows set in a lovely garden. Great food and wonderful staff.

Positive: The location was quite central and in front of the lake and on a main road. However it was quiet and peaceful.
Negative: The room was old and a bit dusty (and more dusty in certain areas, like the lamps and the headboard of the bed). The amenities were too old and lacking maintenance, like the shower head was clogged so it didn't spray water well. The pool was not maintained and out of service. The door lock was only the knob and nothing else. It's about time for an upgrade for everything.
