Positive: I stayed at this property with my husband on a weekend getaway. The only reason for us to choose this property was its vicinity to the lake and the pretty outdoors. We had booked a Premium King room which had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. The resort has good facilities like a spa, karaoke, a swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts. The Karaoke was fully booked during our stay. We did play pickleball and I must admit that the paddle was good quality. Even the court was well-maintained. The staff could speak good English and were friendly. Buffet breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. But the restaurant got really crowded during breakfast because of the ongoing summer holidays.

Negative: The room and the shared villa in which the room was located need an overhaul. The carpets were dirty. We noticed upon check-in that there were several hair strands on the washroom floor. The bakery items in breakfast can be improved. Additionally, Italian coffee should be complimentary during breakfast.
