Positive: Very modern, stylish, and comfortable apartment. Has all necessities. The hot bath was a sweet treat. The communication about check-in and -out was timely and clear. We really enjoyed our stay. Would book again if we visited Shirahama another time.

Negative: It’s a very common practice for hotel staff to help book taxis. Pretty sure this property has non-Japanese speaking customers who would appreciate some help from staff when booking local services. I was surprised when my request was turned down. Would have been helpful if they did help.
