Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Terrace Serra Hotel. It’s a bit outside the city center, but you get an amazing views and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The room was huge and very comfortable, which made our stay even better. Definitely a great place to stay if you want peace, comfort, and beautiful scenery.

Positive: It was an unplanned stop with broken car. Very friendly people. Tidy rooms. Exceptionally delicious restaurant. We had to leave the car on their parking for 2 weeks and they agreed without doubts. We are very grateful

Positive: The breakfast was very good! The cleanliness of the room and instalations. The location is very convenient when travelling by car or motorbike as it is near Covilhã (less than 4,0 km).

Negative: I didn´t like using my identity card in a card reader without my permission. When I noticed it was already done and it was too late. It was an abuse. The identity card it to be exhibit to identify the person. It is not to be read by any electronic means without asking permission to in advance. If I was asked in advance I would not permit it!

Positive: The room was big enough with the balcony

Negative: We arrived at 3 pm and we wrote to the hotel that we are really hungry and we want to eat lunch at 3, there was no answer and when we arrived they told us no lunch. We insisted and convinced them to give us at least vegetable soup and snacks. But honestly there are cheaper hotels which are friendlier to their customers. Also it’s written “clean and safe” but There were spiders around the windows inside. Nobody cleaned there for weeks. The dinner in the hotel restaurant wasn’t great.
