Positive: Aesthetically you can’t deny it is a gorgeous villa. They are small, but if you’re not a large party, then it’s fine. The pool was lovely and by the afternoon would be a comfortable temperature. I really enjoyed the private outside area, it was a real highlight. Decor was lovely, it’s modern, cleanly decorated and classy. Reasonably equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. Taxi rank just 2 minute walk away where taxis arrive intermittently. (Stand at the rank as if you are waiting for a bus and a taxi will stop if it’s driving by.)

Negative: Hot water ran out quickly and we were left taking cold showers daily, which just wasn’t nice. For over £2000 a week, you’d expect hot water. There was a sign saying the water is solar heated and for cloudy days only, there is a hot water switch on the fuse board upstairs - however we searched high and low in the villa for this and it simply didn’t exist. For this reason we would not stay again - we are not a fan of cold showers. Midweek clean was not a midweek clean. Sheets or towels don’t get changed. Didn’t touch most of the villa. There were also a few items in the dishwasher when we arrived after checkin. Not baby/child friendly. We requested a stair gate as the stairs are quite dangerous for a child - the hosts said they do not provide stair gates.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Everything was brand new, beautifully designed and very clean. During our stay we needed to see a doctor, and George immediately arrange one to came at the villa very quickly. They also arranged a private boat trip to Lindos, which was absolutely fantastic! It was such a beautiful experience exploring the coast and arriving in Lindos by boat. Definitely one of the highlights of our holiday

Positive: The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. George welcomed us and was really helpful during our stay. If you want help with getting around the island, he is the “man”. He even organized a cake for my fathers’ birthday!! Really outstanding! I recommend it without any reserve and looking forward stay there again end of August

The villa itself is spacious, modern and immaculate, part of a beautiful complex of 16 villas, which gives it a real sense of place without feeling crowded. A lovely touch on arrival was finding beach bags waiting for us as a welcome gift. What really stood out was the people. Helen was warm and welcoming throughout, always available and always smiling. The owner took time to speak with us personally — genuinely kind, no fuss. The cleaning team were attentive and friendly every single day, nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling looked after from start to finish. Rare to find that level of care. We will be back.

Positive: Three days was nowhere near enough, we left already wanting to come back. The villas are beautiful and spotlessly clean, and having a private pool made the whole stay feel like a proper escape. The location works really well too, with shops, tavernas and everything you need just a short walk away. One tip worth knowing: there's a QR code on the TV that lets you book transfers, boat trips and excursions directly. We used it to arrange a day out and it was genuinely effortless. Wish we'd known about it on day one.
