Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa! The villa is truly stunning and offers a magical feeling of being surrounded by nature. The owners have thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We arrived late at night, and the security guard at the entrance welcomed us with a smile and was happy to help with anything we needed. The owners were also very attentive and responsive to all our requests, even late at night. The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed linen and towels were fresh, clean, and smelled wonderful. The fireplace added a warm and cozy atmosphere that made our stay even more special. A beautiful, well-maintained place with hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We would absolutely love to come back!
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: We had an excellent stay and would happily come back. The villa is beautifully designed, luxurious, and maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with excellent beds and quality amenities. The private sauna was a wonderful bonus. The location is perfect for exploring nature, and the sound of the nearby river made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Negative: There were a few minor drawbacks. The traffic noise from the nearby road is noticeable throughout the day and night, even with the windows closed. Hot water wasn't consistently available during our stay. Also, while the parking area is close to the villa, it can only be reached via stairs, which makes carrying luggage a bit inconvenient.
Summary: Stylish, comfortable, and close to nature

Positive: Very spacious, well designed and well equipped villas, with private in ground jacuzzis and saunas. There is a washing machine and a drying rack. We were able to make our own breakfast in the kitchen. The staff is very responsive and friendly.
Negative: The WiFi connection was bad, slow or not working throughout our stay. The staff couldn’t do anything about it. It was the World Cup semi finals and the streaming was constantly breaking up. There is probably something incorrect with the plumbing job, as there was a strong odour of sewer gas in all the bathrooms. It helped to have the bathroom windows slightly open and running the fan all the time. The powder room where the sauna is didn’t have a window so it smelled bad all the time. As far as location goes- it is on the road. We didn’t like the nearby restaurants. The nearest supermarket has grumpy staff. The town of Kolašin is very close but every time we went there - we encountered bad traffic due to road work.
Summary: Comfortable with some issues
