Positive: Amazing location (a quick drive to beautiful Cortona) with great facilities! Very peaceful and great for kids. Lovely pool and play room area also! Enrico and his family were super helpful before and during our stay!

Positive: Enrico the owner contacted us before our arrival to provide us all useful info during our stay. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and also at our departure! Staff was available at all time during our stay to help if needed. Beautiful house, location and facilities! Family and kids friendly! Very organized and clean spaces, nice decorations. Great grill and swimming pool, nice gardens with playground and also playroom + washing room

Negative: With no exaggeration extremely hard mattress in one of the main bedrooms, it was difficult to sleep and rest, no flexibility at all. Even the orthopedic ones are softer. Air conditioning did not function during our stay, sometimes available for few hours. It would be good to have mosquito’s net (like in the other apartments) to be able to refresh the property and open the windows more often.

Positive: Family run property, provided the basic amenities we were seeking without the fuss. No breakfast offered, but daily bread, pastries, and pizza delivery was available from a local bakery. The location worked well for us, we were able to minimize drive time to about an hour to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, and Cortona.

Negative: A few minor things were missing like an iron and dryer. The internet/ Wifi was a bit slow.
