Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay at Terme. It was so nice to relax on the beach after 10 days of traveling. Also nice to have access to the thermal pool. I would definitely return.

Summary: Fantastic stay at Terme Beach Resort! Staff were amazing and went out of there way to help. Excellent accommodations in a beautiful location! Easy access to downtown Ravenna.

Summary: We had an amazing time! Everything was just perfect - mineral pool, the beach, beach cafe, restaurants nearby, our rooms. One down side - they don't provide beach towels.

Summary: Great sea view room ,walk out onto beach with own patio furniture & great sun beds / umbrella. The sea was a little choppy & murky though. Spacious room with sky tv, beach towels , mini fridge & bathrooms and a superb double rain shower in the bathroom. Bed was a little too hard for my liking & AC could be better. Breakfast was really nice with lots of offering for continental. We walked along the boardwalk in front of hotel for local restaurants & had some lovely meals. Walking left for 25 minutes takes you to the centre. We had fabulous pizza at baba beach which was very busy always a good sign and gelato at an ice cream shop across the road. Here you can find shops & pharmacies etc. Overall a very good stay but perhaps over priced,

Summary: The resort has an excellent location right next to the sandy beach. We politely passed on the beach set (umbrella and sunbed for €25), as jellyfish usually appeared in the water in the afternoon. The description and, above all, the photos mix two separate things. The resort itself does not actually have the mentioned indoor pool. Guests can only access it during a limited time window, and you are even required to wear a shower cap from your room. The same applies to the gym, which belongs to the SPA, not the resort. On top of that, the receptionist has to personally escort every single guest through what feels like three other SPA reception desks just to grant you access. You can completely forget about hitting the gym or doing a few laps before breakfast. Be careful—if you choose this place based purely on the description and photos, you will be disappointed. The parking lot is definitely not private for resort guests. The entire area, including the spots designated for the resort, is used by SPA visitors—mostly seniors. Watching a beat-up Fiat Panda park right next to a Lamborghini Urus while a mobility-impaired retiree tries to squeeze out is almost enough to give you a heart attack. I think it would be only fair to clarify the actual amenities of the resort and stop using photos from the neighboring SPA.

Summary: There was no food available at 5:00. The restaurant had dinner at 7:30. There were snacks available but not dinner

Summary: The room was okay. It did it's job. Bathroom was nice size and clean. The amenities were not there whatsoever. We stayed for 3 nights, the bar was open only once. The hotel does not have a restraunt and you could go to one of the other restraunts along the beach, except none of those were open either. Needless to say, breakfast was about all you would get. The thermo pool staff were rude. Never were we told in communications you would need a shower/pool cap. So she copped an attitude when we told her why would we be providing our own cap when we didnt even know we needed one. There was a large pool and 2 narrow pools. We were only given access to the large pool which was lukewarm at best. Turns out that was not the thermal pool, the narrow pools were the thermostat. So we didnt even get to enjoy the "hot spring" pool. You couldn't use the beach loungers without paying extra for them. This is not how the property is advertised one bit. The experience would have been absolutely horrible if it weren't for the front desk ladies, who were absolutely fantastic.
