Positive: The staff makes sure you are well taken care of, the bed and bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the pools are clean and very relaxing. We also used the spa which was quite luxurious.

Negative: We had facials and the lighting in the facials room was too bright to really relax.

Summary: I had to come back 6 weeks later to experience it all over again!

Positive: This is one of the best hotel i've gone, all countries compared. People very friendly, hot water pools incredible, rooms very confortable and the breakfast is astonishing. I would have loved staying more. Hope we could return one day.
