Negative: I got the room below the ground level so I had zero view. I also find parking cost too expensive for such a remote place.

Positive: The hotel is modern and truly beautiful. Rooms are cosy and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, and I would also recommend having a dinner there.

Negative: Staff at the reception could have been friendlier and more helpful.

Positive: The location next to the visitors center of the National Park is great. Beautiful gardens in the front which will be blooming in Spring/Summer. Beautiful building.

Negative: The list is too long to mention everything here. It started with check in. The girl was clearly overstressed and unfriendly. We asked when we booked for a room with twin beds or at least separate duvets. The room key didn't work. Room turned out to have a king bed. Second room the same. Other guest received a free cocktail, we didn't. With the beautiful weather outside the terrace was packed. When a table of 6 left we took the spot. We sat there for half an hour and every time the waitress said she was coming. She didn't clean the table which was packed with plates and glasses. After half an hour we left, still hadn't been able to order. No manager on duty. It seemed that everyone in the hotel was overstressed. In our room (221) at night we could hear the noises from the kitchen below. Dinner was also disappointing. My amuse as a vegetarian was just a few small tomatoes with some wasabi. The avocado/courgette/asperges dish looked beautiful but had not much taste, the runderstoof was delicious. We ordered focaccia but was forgotten. Limburgse kaasplank was not so Limburgs, we recognized three of the cheeses from outside Limburg. Also the cheeses were not explained to us. Out of the 5 cheeses, 3 were blue cheese. Didn't come with crackers or so. At the end we did not have to pay for the water and a glass of wine and the parking Other girl at Front desk said Manager would send us an email the next day, nothing received. . We did not feel like we were valued guests.

Summary: Was expecting a really nice experience but was very disappointed.

Positive: Very comfortable bed, nice decor, unique building

Negative: When I opened my window , I had no nice view & there was a constant buzzing from some machine like a generator or something: plus roadwork made it very hard to find the entrance, was driving around. For 30 minutes trying to figure it out
