Positive: Absolutely amazing stay… everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave! The staff are extremely attentive, helpful and polite. The hotel facilities are great including an added bonus of an outside gym. Breakfast was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!!!!!!!

Positive: This was our third year in a row staying at this hotel, and it continues to be one of my absolute favorites. It’s truly one of the best boutique hotels out there ,beautifully designed, intimate, and consistently offering a high, quality experience. Just like our previous visits, everything from the room to the service was excellent and lived up to expectations. However, I do want to mention that the pricing at the hotel’s restaurant and facilities feels quite high, even compared to similar-level hotels.
Negative: As mentioned, I really like the hotel , it’s beautiful and we’ve come back three years in a row. However, I must say that the pricing at the hotel’s restaurants and pool service has reached a level that feels completely unjustified. There are three restaurants , one by the pool, one on the rooftop, and the main one ,and all of them are, without exaggeration, the most expensive I’ve come across anywhere in the Balearic Islands. And I live in Ibiza, so I’m well aware of how high prices can get. The problem is not just the price, but that the quality of the food doesn’t match. With the kind of prices charged, you can eat at the top-rated restaurants on the island , and still pay less. For example, a very basic club sandwich is listed at €35, but on the final bill, it turned out to be €45 because they add €10 for cutlery. In my opinion, that’s outrageous, especially for guests already paying premium prices for the stay. A short espresso is €10. A cocktail is €25 ,while in the most exclusive clubs in Ibiza, the same drink costs around €20. Again, we love the hotel itself. But this pricing model gave us a bitter aftertaste, and unfortunately, it overshadowed the rest of the experience. After three years of returning, this might be the reason we won’t come back again.
Summary: Great Hotel. But extremely expensive and not justified restaurant prices
