Positive: Firstly, the staff. Jula was super welcoming, kind and always available. Without her this place wouldn’t be the same and our experience would not be the same. She went an extra mile for us every day. She is the soul of this place. The hotel itself is very stylish, beautifully decorated and very quiet. There’s so much you can do there, there are animals, play area for kids, instruments to play. Room itself was very nice, smelling nicely with the aromas everywhere in the hotel. There’s views from the dining area and the swimming pool are fantastic. Place was easy to find, no problem with parking whatsoever. If we were to come back to the region we will definitely consider coming again. We met the owner and some staff and they were always very kind and friendly. The service is super quick, everything is on time. Definitely recommend. They have great wine so make sure to try it!
Negative: The breakfast. Two croissants and two little cookies, coffee and juice is not good enough. I presume this is to avoid wasting food but we are in Italy, give us some fruits, local food - cheese, olives, tomatoes and grapes. It’s a winery after all! . You can’t say you provide breakfast when the omelette and sandwich toast is paid additionally. As for the bar, although wine was great, having some beer would be nice. The dinner option is simply too expensive. 55 euro per person without drinks is too much. Not everyone wants full 4 course experience. I just want one meal but you can’t get it. I don’t eat that much so sadly we had to look for dinner elsewhere. Lastly, WiFi didnt work. We didn’t care much but it might be a problem for some people.

Positive: Very nice room in a comfortable hotel/resort situated within a working vineyard. The owners were very friendly and we had an enjoyable evening around the piano in the bar.

Positive: Wonderful tranquil place with an exceptional kitchen and wine selection and very kind staff. We travelled with our kids (5 and 3 yo), and the family room with patio was just perfect, as was the pool, the playroom and the outdoor playground.
