Tenuta La Pineta is a stunning traditional Italian country villa, surrounded by acres of private park, woodland, and olive groves, and just a few minutes on foot to town, restaurants, shops and the beaches of Salò. The villa was completely rennovated in 2019, adding modern comfort and convenience to the stunning original antique finishings including stone walls and wooden ceilings. For 2020 a brand new private pool has been added. Perfect for large families and friendly get togethers, the villa is organised into 4 independant but connected apartments, plus a fifth apartment used as a dining and relax area where the whole group can cook, eat and spend time together. Please note, the apartments are not rented separately – the entire property is rented as a whole, providing maximum space and complete privacy for our guests.Outside there is a large outdoor hottub, great for enjoying the evening sunsets together, and a dedicated outdoor dining area with table for 16+ and a barbecue. Around the house is a beautiful garden and lawned area, and beyond that acres of private woods, fields, and olive groves. The villa is surrounded by nature, in perfect peace and quiet, but still in town. It is an oasis of green within easy walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and lakefront promenade to downtown Salò.The villa sleeps 16+2 in a total of 7 bedrooms with 7.5 bathrooms. The living arrangements are organised into 4 independant connected apartments:Apartment 1: two double bedrooms with queensize beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area.Apartment 2: three double bedrooms with queensize beds, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area.Apartment 3: a large open space with queensize double bed in the loft, and two double sofa beds below, with kitchenette and bathroom.Apartment 4: a romantic tower with double bed in the room upstairs and bathroom downstairs.|

Kitchens: There are a total of 5 kitchens, 3 in three apartments and the 4th a group kitchen in the dedicated dining area, and a fifth kitchenette in the tower. The kitchens are all fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, crockery, pots & pans and utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, and french press coffee maker. The main group kitchen has also has a nespresso coffee maker.

Summary: The property was all that we expected and a wee bit more (a ping pong table). So many wonderful views. Such good times. Property managers were first rate. Highly recommended.

Summary: The 3 respective 4 parts of the house could easily be rented by themeselves. We rented the whole building and therefire the masterkitchen in the main house was a bit small. Novella and team are very helpful and friendly! The road access is good, and not a problem at all! Hang mate and clesnliness of the table tennis equipement.

Summary: the huge garden with all the trees and bushes. Ping Pong table and the new trambolino. Close to all big stores and Salo. But still like living in the middle of a forest. To put window screens against bugs and other animals would be good especially on the back side. The barbecue grill could be in better shape.

Summary: The villa was just as advertised! We loved it. We had 4 different apartments so we could have our space at anytime. The kitchens in each apartment were great. Novella, the property manager, was a dream to work with and answered all questions quickly. We also took advantage of the chefs, Manuel and Mahara. We ordered a brunch and a dinner from them and the food and service were amazing. There are many steps in each apartment so if you have difficulty with stairs, you might need to reconsider. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful villa.

Summary: We loved absolutely everything about this villa. The views over hills and the lake are incredible. The house is huge, comfortable and very well equipped. The swimming pool is fab. We were well looked after by Novella and her team aswell. We had the best holiday here and would love to return. Slight issue with cooking when trying to use more than one oven at a time. Power kept tripping out. But once we knew the issue we managed to get all the food into one oven so fine in the end.

Summary: Quick answers by Novella the nice view on the lake the beautiful garden Clean rooms. the grill should be replaced. For us more single beds but we knew it in advance. One big kitchen instead of numerous.

Summary: Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr groß und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr chic, stilvoll eingerichtet. Durch die abgeschlossenen Appartements ist man für sich, wenn man möchte. Wir waren mit 13 Erwachsenen und 2 kl. Kindern + Hund dort. Ein paradiesisch riesiger Garten lädt zum Verweilen oder zu Aktivitäten ein. Wir empfehlen es zu 100 % weiter. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist riesig, dennoch fehlen beim Herd und Spüle Ablagemöglichkeiten, wenn man dann kochen möchte. 2. Kühlschrank war top!! Als Gastgeberin hatte ich den kl. Turm, hier bitte die Dusche nachschauen, wir hatten das Gefühl , dass der Raum sehr feucht war. Die Duschtasse müsste neu abgedichtet werden. Lg Heike Osterlo

Summary: Ein „besonderes“ Haus mit Flair. Wunderschöne zum Teil urige Schlafzimmer. Verschiedene Küchen mit allen nötigen Gerätschaften für Selbstversorger. Einziger Nachteil für Sonnenanbeter: keine Abendsonne. Schatten breitet sich bereits am späten Nachmittag auf dem ganzen Gelände aus.
