Positive: Fabulous chalet in a beautiful setting. A real wow factor when you walk into the chalet. Smells like a spa and offers all the comforts you would expect at this level. Truly wonderful stay.

Negative: The service at breakfast could have been better. Not enough attention to detail. We were left to keep asking for our order to be taken and on one occasion we ordered our morning drinks but they never arrived.

Summary: The Chalet is superb. Facilities are amazing. Level of service for breakfast could be improved.

Positive: Everything. From the moment you walk into reception, to the moment you check-out you will be amazed by every detail. The service, the rooms, the hotel, the chalet, the breakfast, the beds, the quality of everything in the rooms - unbelievable!! Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, they will quite literally find a way to cater for you whatever you need. We were a group of 6 girls and felt so looked after, loved the drop off and pick up to the ski lifts - super easy! We can't wait to come back.
