Positive: property was beautiful, very clean and had everything you need for a short break, comfy beds, and the views are spectacular, the host Nicola was great, attentive, helpful and friendly. highly recommend staying here and we will definitely come again 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Positive: I loved the house, it was all neat and tidy, left us essentials like milk, butter, sugar and seasoning whict was a very nice and welcoming touch. the foosballl table, the beds were comfy and the views were great.
Negative: the booking says 16.5km away from York but it was actually 20 miles - 40 minute drive there every day. that was OK because the roads and scenery was lovely. Also, showers kept going cold but for the most part ok.
Summary: Lovely time away in a lovely place to stay.

Positive: Lovely country property with a great view of the countryside. Peaceful and relaxing. A great base to explore the wider Yorkshire area.
Negative: We found the beds uncomfortable and the early morning traffic coming past the house was noisy. It would have been helpful to have mirrors and dustbins in all the bedrooms not just the main bedroom. A bedside table on both sides of the second bedroom bed would have been good . The bedrooms could use a spare blanket.
