Summary: The pool was had a lot of bugs. The vent in the bathroom was not working properly. We had toilet issues and had to call maintenance to unclog the toilet. Overall it was an okay stay.

Summary: The room was wonderful. We enjoyed the view of the golf course. The restaurant was great. The staff was really good. The only thing we were disappointed with was playing golf. The course was beautiful, but our cart stopped working then when they sent us to play the back nine it totally backed up 30 minutes. They really need a better plan on how to run the course. It doesn’t make sense to have people starting out on the same tee where we are playing our 10th hole, but we would give it a try again and I would definitely stay at the hotel again when we are in Temecula

Summary: This was my second stay at the TCI and I really enjoyed it! I stayed in their newly renovated rooms, which are great. I had 0 complaints regarding their older rooms, in fact I enjoy the old charm of their previous style- but I understand the need for hardwood floors (versus the old carpet). Nevertheless, check in + out is always a breeze- the cleaning staff respects the DND sign which I appreciate! I did happen to leave an item behind in the safe which I noticed nearly a day after I returned home, I called the Inn directly and spoke with Randi (whom is the direct contact I had prior to my check in) and she was extremely helpful! She located my lost item and I received it via USPS a week later. I really appreciate the experiences I’ve had while staying here & I certainly will again in the future when I visit Temecula for work- working with Randi on my lost item was just the cherry on top. Thank you for the help, Randi!

Summary: It was in fair condition. The hotel is showing its age and ripe for renovation. That being said, the rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The tub is the most worn and the valves were a bit sticky. Great location.

Summary: I specifically booked a king size bed on the ground floor because it had a patio. Instead I got 2 queen beds on the upper floor with no balcony at all. Also there was no microwave in the room, which was mentioned in the room description. Other than that the room was nice and roomy, beds comfortable. It’s a nice property, but not worth that much.

Summary: Our check-in person made us feel ok. Not great. But not bad. The next day I called in to get info on checking in for our second room for our friend getting married and the blonde was rude. So I left and was worried about checking in for them I was about to get another room But I walked in and saw the guy with stretched earring sorry forgot your earrings. But you were great. I left a great AmEx review cuz of you.
