Summary: Tell Madaba is in a great location to see the beautiful churches and also within most tour parameters for pick up to see Petra and the Dea Sea. The family host is wonderful and the breakfast spread is so so good. I would stay here agin.

Summary: I arrived late around 1 AM, and the hotel staff kindly waited for me to complete the check-in. Edward and his wife were especially wonderful — not only did they wait for me, but they are an extremely kind couple who provide excellent service and make you feel truly welcome. I also forgot my AirPods at the hotel, and they are making arrangements to return them to the USA. Their honesty, care, and professionalism really stood out. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Summary: We arrived Amman airport close to midnight. Fortunately, Edward, the staff on duty was so accommodating that he waited for us and checked us in in the wee hours of the morning. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
