Summary: Overall a good, safe, and clean hotel. The old fashioned elevator door can be annoying and the basic rooms are tiny.

Summary: Hotel Telepostal Congreso is a standard hotel that is pleasant and adequate for a stay. The rooms are a practical size and very clean and functional. Breakfast is basic but fine.There are good restaurants and shops close by. It is a good 20- 30 minute walk to the central areas and main attractions in BA. The staff are excellent, friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Summary: It's an old hotel with it's ancient elevator where you have to slide two metal doors close before punching floors. Breakfast was just a choice of cold ham and cheese with toaster and various breads. No eggs or warm breakfast items
