Positive: We loved the back garden patio area when it catches the sun. I loved having a bath for a nice soak after the beach. The couch and cushions and tv area was lovely and comfy.

Negative: The blinds in the bedrooms didn't really block out much light, so we were woken quite early most mornings from the brightness of the room/sunlight.

Summary: Great central location, lovely private patio and comfy loungeroom

Positive: Extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of cooling throughout the house. Perfect location, only a short walk to the shops and the beach. All amenities provided. Cheapest Airbnb we could find for the weekend but the price was the only cheap thing about it, very happy with our stay.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: Had everything we needed and more, great value for money would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The property was exactly as described, clean and we'll furnished.

Negative: I regard Netflix, Austar etc an essential to a rental property now. I feel with the rates we are paying it should be part of what the property offers. Also the steep driveway could be a problem for older people. Could there also be more than one tea towel and more than one dish washing sachet. This should be considered an essential.

Summary: Very comfortable, easy access to main street.

Positive: It's proximity to town. A comfortable double bed. Fairly quiet location. We'll stocked with supplies except toilet paper. A lovely outdoor back court yard for smokers. A toilet upstairs and downstairs was great. The shower and bathroom were nice.

Negative: The booking agent (separate and in addition to bookings.com) drove me crazy with all of their automated communications; emails, texts etc, about the payment process, rules and the procedures. I feel like they were in my face before, during and after our stay. Their extremely late check in time of 4pm was rude and the townhouse wasn't even ready for our 4pm check in when we arrived. The cleaners were very nice and accommodating though. Couldn't properly open the main bedroom door due to space and the bed location. The drive way is steep. Don't try to park in the garage. Getting out of it is difficult. The photos made the place look fabulous but it was looking a bit tired and old. A bit misleading in my view.
