Positive: Close to venue where our xmas party was. Was very quiet at night even though busy road. Parking. Comfy bed.

Negative: No communication. We turned up on time and still didnt have an entry code. We found a guy to help who was coming out the building and he said we couldn’t have a booking as they didn’t do 1 night. He looked after the apartment. He called owner and we were told our booking was cancelled but Booking.com said all confirmed. We panicked as needed to get ready for a party. We started looking for other options of where to stay. The guy called owner again and eventually they agreed we could stay! It wasn’t cheap! £145 for 1 night.

Positive: The accommodations were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition, I left some belongings at the property and the property manager sent them back to me in a very short time at no extra charge.

Positive: The accommodation was very good and comfortable. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable lounge and dining area and good hot water for showers. The kitchen was adequate with some crockery cutlery etc There is a beautiful park across the road

Negative: There were no basics like salt and pepper or a scouring pad in the kitchen. But there is a small shop a couple of doors away where you can get everything you need
