Positive: Very easy to find and to check in. Reasonably close to train station (15 min walk). Check in was easy and the room had everything I needed. Clean and comfortable. There was parking available but I didn’t need it.

Positive: Location was great for Hampton Court where I was doing a course. The bed is comfy. The decor is immaculate. The shower room is fine. The large window made the space light.

Negative: The kitchen is very small and not well equipped. There is a microwave but no microwavable bowls/cookware. There was no draining rack. The only comfortable place to sit and watch TV is the bed. A comfy chair would have been nice.
