Driving deeper into the village felt like stepping back in time: shepherds with their flocks, villagers on bikes, and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains looming in the distance. But when Elyass opened the gate to Teacook, we were met with a stunning oasis. The grounds are a paradise of elegant stone paths, palm, olive, and lemon trees, and a lush vegetable garden surrounding a beautiful earthy villa and pool. The homemade lemonade upon arrival was the perfect, refreshing welcome. The rooms provide the comfort of a modern apartment: spacious, air-conditioned, and featuring excellent hot water. Yet they maintain a charming, authentic simplicity. The food was consistently delicious and prepared with obvious care; we were even provided a breakfast box for our early departure on the last day. However, the heart of this place is Elyass. He truly embodies Moroccan hospitality. Gentle, quiet, and possessing a great sense of humor, he is incredibly attentive to every detail. One night, he took us into the garden to hand-pick fresh herbs for an infusion, explaining each scent as we went. A moment that perfectly captured the essence of 'Teacook.' After three days, it didn't feel like a hotel stay; it felt like visiting a brother. We don’t want to set expectations too high for future guests because we wouldn't want to create even more work for Elyass! While it’s clear he loves what he does and gives his absolute best to make every guest happy, we hope he also finds more time for himself. We left with unforgettable memories and cannot imagine returning to Morocco without paying him a visit again!

Beautiful garden with big pool. Friendly and attentive owner - do everything, you feel comfortable. Great breakfast with eggs prepared by your wish, fresh, crispy and warm breads, sweets, fresh juice.
