Positive: Excellent student staff, professional, helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Very tasty and well arranged breakfast with high quality food.

Negative: The room was spacious but a bit worn off. Some general refurbishment would be beneficial for the overall impression.

Positive: I stayed at this hotel before, and once again it was an excellent experience. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. It’s great to see that the quality remains consistently high. I’ll be happy to come back again

Positive: An outstanding value for money considering the venue, would stay there again during my next journey. Had an upgrade for a tiny fee and the new apartment was as big as a small flat in a city. Beds were especially comfortable.

Positive: The teaching concept was interesting and positive. The restaurant was good food and good value. Shower was good and bed was comfy. The room was a good size and there was lots of space.

Negative: We stayed in the grey room. All grey. I like grey but it made it a very dark atmosphere and it felt like it impacted on the stay. More lighting would have helped. And it might be helpful to let guests know that there is no door for the bathroom. Some people may not mind it but it was not a positive for us.

Negative: A family room with a open space bathroom don’t fit. the heat turns off at night and the room becomes very cold.

Positive: What a fun place! We loved the enthusiastic student staff, whom bent over backwards to make our stay perfect! Well done all! The rooms are very funny, each one different. We loved our artsy room as prequil to visiting TEFAF art fair. The price to quality ratio is amazing! Lovely dinner for two with excellent Mendoza wine for under 90 euro! We really enjoyed watching the kitchen staff at work on the big screen in the dining area. So much dedication and pride in work. You will all be stars!

Negative: The first room we were given was definitely odd (but we were given another room no problem!) . Opening up the room to look directly into the toilet may be funny for some, but for those with chronic gastro conditions, not so pleasant. More importantly, we really want to have a stand-up shower option. Some rooms have a lovely old fashioned claw-foot bathtub, but without an option for a stand up shower (eg get a hook for the shower head at the ikea for goodness sakes!) not very practical. Also, we would prefer a door for the toilet in any room -- its just a bit nicer even for couples Very small things in the grand scheme of a wonderful stay!
