Positive: This house is super comfy and the small chill space is very nice! I love it. So nice to have hot coffee or hot chocolate during winter season outside. The house also equipped with kitchen utensils, for you to cook. All I can say is this house is a perfect place to stay while on holiday in tbilisi. Would definitely and looked up to stay here again on my next visit soon

Positive: Comfortable property with kind hosts who were happy to assist with ad hoc requests when needed. The kitchen has everything you need and amenities work well. Location is nice, with a nice view and a minute’s walk from the Cathedral. It’s a shorter walk than it seems to the centre. Thanks for a good stay!

Negative: The internet can be patchy at times but if you have enough data there’s good signal for mobile hotspot (I used silknet which worked great)

Positive: we really enjoyed staying It’s really clean place really comfortable there are everything we need Iron , washing machine, toilet paper, towels, sleepers ,cleaning items ,mope , kitchen towel etc There’s also transportation card u can just recharge itand use Also near to everywhere we wanna go And i felt safe while I’m staying there Actually i was concern about the noise around place cus i have really really really light annoying sleep but! The place cosy make me relax and sleep comfortably Many Thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I’m glad to find it and book Also madona and her sun very kind to take care of everything She make sure at what time i will come or if i need someone to pick me up from airport before we come to Tbilisi She didn’t wait me to contact her at all 🫰🏼💕 I really recommend it Safe, Cozy , relaxing

Positive: The apartment was clean, we could wash our clothes, there was everything we needed. The owners are friendly and helpful. A very cute cat always came to the yard, she took care of us. 🤗 The only inconvenience that there was often no hot water or it often disappeared. But if we had approached the hosts, I believe that we would have found a solution, it did not cause us much inconvenience. Thank you!

Positive: Very cozy, warm and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the center and yet quiet in the evenings. Great housing option with excellent renovations. The apartments have everything you need to live, even if it is an overnight stay of more than 2-3 days. I absolutely loved it, will definitely come again.

Negative: Showers can sometimes drastically change the water temperature, this was unexpected.
