Positive: We loved everything about this little cottage. The decor was pretty, the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we didn’t need to do). There was fresh fruit in the fridge and cereals, tea and coffee, milk and some jars of cookies. Very nice touches. Effectively air conditioner with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Washing machine and detergents in the bathroom (which we didn’t need but would have been handy for a longer stay). Good toiletries supplied. Loved being greeted by the pet goats who were very friendly and came to the fence when we approached it. While the location is potentially a bit far if you wanted to go into the city, but that said it is a very short drive from a train station. It is lovely and quiet and a beautiful country stay.

Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about Taylor cottage.

Positive: A lovely place to stay. Private stand-alone cottage in a quiet and peaceful location. It was clean, beautifully set up, comfortable and well-maintained. Very nice host. Lots of care taken to create a welcoming well-equipped space, I had everything I needed. Generous breakfast provisions. Sweet goats nearby are fun to interact with. A very relaxing stay.
