Positive: Beautiful apartment with incredible views over the river. Really well kitted out for all needs and love touches with welcome biscuits, tea, coffee, soft drinks and a bottle of wine. I will definitely stay here again.

Negative: I didn't mind but be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

Positive: The owners were great. We arrived early, but Viktor's wife let us leave our luggage while she cleaned the apartment. I'm sorry, I don't remember her name. We had problems with the shower which they came that day to fix. Couldn't be fixed, so they replaced that evening. Location was perfect. Within walking distance of bus, train, pubs, restaurants and shopping. And the view is fantastic.

Negative: It was located on the third floor. No elevator. The hardest part was getting luggage up and down.

Positive: Bright spacious apartment. Fittings obviously new and in excellent condition. Fully equipped kitchen, has both a dishwasher and washing machine. A nice touch was the welcome pack - soft drinks and a bottle of bubbly. Owner was responsive to any requests and reached out during the stay to ask if any issues (there weren’t). Very nice views over the river Tay. Easy walk into Perth, with good eating and drinking options (we’d recommend Cafe Tabou, v good French cuisine)

Negative: Parking. There’s parking out back but no space reserved for the apartment, and inaccessible for a large vehicle. Public parking v close but very exposed and didn’t feel comfortable leaving it for a few days. Solved by using the JustPark App, we were able to book reasonably priced long term parking in the Morrison’s car park, a 20 minute walk. Stairs. Narrow steep stairs, 6 flights, are the only access. Something to be aware of, particularly with baggage! Wi-Fi- good and easy but you need to go into the main bedroom to pick up the correct SID (there’s lots of v similar ones). Once logged on it works throughout.

Positive: The flat has everything you need. The host is very attentive and the extras left for arrival are a lovely touch.

Negative: Being a flat on the top floor was a struggle for me but that is something down to my preferences and abilities. Everything was excellent

Positive: Excellent property, not very well "signed" as we took a good twenty minutes looking for it as the taxi driver didn't know where it was either but once in, we were very happy with everything. Lovely bedrooms, kitchen, shower room and living area.

Negative: The 55 steps up to the apartment is the only negative that I can remember, so it's not really suitable for anyone who can't climb, that is the only negative.
