Positive: Great location and parking outside your door. The house and kitchen are well appointed and supplies had been left in the fridge which was thoughtful.

Negative: One of the beds was uncomfortable and possibly needs replacing. There were no mirrors over a sink in either bathroom. The gravel road up to the house needs some attention and anyone a little unsteady on foot would need to take care if walking out. The wifi was unstable but this could have been the area rather than the property.

Positive: The house is lovely inside, tasteful and homely and very well equipped. The views from lounge and balcony are of trees and hillside across the Tay River. Very soothing. House was spotlessly clean too and essential food items like milk, butter, bread, eggs, locally made shortbread were provided which was a nice touch.

Positive: East to get keys from Key box. The lovely welcome gifts was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and great location.

Negative: We had a bit of bother with the door but the owner got someone out straightaway to sort this.
