Positive: It was the perfect short stay for me in a quiet, attractive and secure area of PE. Roy was extremely welcoming and helpful. The studio flat comes with a garage with easy access to the flat. The room is generous in size with a very comfortable bed and a well kitted kitchen incl an airfryer. BTW I highly recommend visiting Roy's beautiful Rose Garden Cafe for breakfast!
Summary: A very comfortable, quiet and generous studio flat in an attractive and secure part of PE.
