Positive: great location, very nice personnel and great facilities.

Negative: fixed table setting for breakfast is kind of unnecessary and a very old school way of working, overall the price for the room was quite high for the size and type of room you are getting in return.

Positive: Very friendly staff and great service. We were also able to rent great bikes from the hotel. The spa treatments were great and got extra tips for at home.

Negative: The rooms were a bit warm. Having access to a ventilator or AC would have been helpful.

Positive: The dinner was excellent I highly recommend the half board. The children loved the pool. The rooms were great and the maid service was very thorough.

Positive: Superfriendly staff, good food and breakfast, nice pool and outside areas. Big room (superior room)

Negative: Lack of air conditioning in the rooms (with 30 degrees was a bit hot) and restaurant was too hot. Some features (like afternoon snack, goodbye gift or late check out) were only granted for free to direct customers, not through booking.com

Positive: It’s a nice small hotel with very friendly staff and proximity to Dolomites. We really enjoyed our visit.

Negative: The only negative point was the spa that was actually limited to a small outside pool (there might be a sauna and a possibly to book a massage, but it is closed most of the time), and there was no even a shower gel in the “spa” area.
