Negative: Arrived and was given a room with no view and then given a perfect room… hotel quiet so why not make client happy with the better room straight away !??

Positive: The grounds of the hotel was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. Also there was a gym nearby which was great (although had hoped there would be one onsite).

Negative: Food was very average and actually our dinner was cold and overcooked.

Positive: Impeccable attention to details, a fantastic garden with an extremely beautiful pool make this Arabic style hotel one of the most impressive quiet retreats I have ever been to. Everything was excellent.

Positive: Property is nice and clean. Rooms are not so large but comfortable. Pool area is very nice and quiet . The bar is good next to pool. Staff is nice and welcoming . Car parking area is good as well.
