Positive: It is nice and close to shopping and town facilities, in a quiet, accessible backyard. Bed was comfortable enough, basic facilities OK for a one or two night stay.

Negative: For an elderly couple, the outside access stairs are too high - would be better to have three steps rather than the current two. The light was not working in the main living area, and we were restricted to using a small table lamp - quite insufficient. We could not get the TV to operate - if it indeed works, would be nice to have simple operating instructions available. Access to water for the kitchen was difficult- we had to carry mugs full of water from the very small handbasin in the bathroom to the jug in the ‘kitchen’. Because of this problem, we were unable to wash up the few dishes we used. The floor in front of the bathroom door seems to be very worn or rotted under the floorcovering - might need checking out. As elderly couple, we found access to the double bed in the very small bedroom extremely difficult.

Summary: Nice for a simple one-night stopover, but would not book it for more than one night.

Positive: The pod was lovely and comfy. It was quiet and my furbaby and I enjoyed the night.

Negative: When I arrived the fridge was turned off and water was all over the bench. The power board it was attached to had switched itself off and needed to push the red button on it to start the fridge and turn on the light. A notice to let occupants know there is a bucket under the bench for washing up would be good as I did not find it until the next morning. Leaving a dust pan and brush for a final sweep would also be good. I did send an email that day but have not received a response.

Summary: Overall comfortable just some little things to make sure a persons stay is also convenient.

Positive: Property was very clean and check in instructions very clear. Cheaper than most places - so great value!

Negative: The POD is a bit small in size and the toilet is in the shower, which made the shower area very small and the toilet very wet. Can’t wear socks when sitting on the toilet after a shower! However it’s a great place to stop during a road trip. It’s small but has everything you need for one night.

Positive: Position - close to CBD shopping and professional/health facilities, private yard, parking onsite, very quite inside the Pod despite being on a busy road. Effective and quite A/C.

Negative: No kitchen sink and poor access to water from bathroom vanity mainly due to tap position. Suggest tap is changed to a type that allows easy and safe access for filling jug, filling water bottles, washing dishes etc. Top sheet not provided and doona should be washed between guests. Also suggest changing electric jug to one that can lift off the base (also for safety)

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the Pod and appreciated the privacy plus easy to find location.
