Positive: The hotel itself was nice in terms of architecture and design. They have very spacious restaurant with live music during meals (at least dinner and breakfast there was a pianist playing). The room was very nice and comfortable with a view of the Castle. The dishes we chose from the restaurant were delicious (room service).

Negative: The receptionist left when I approached her desk and I had to wait for around 20 mins to get checked in (I had to ask another employee / server to call her). It turns out she thought I was a member of another party that was waiting for their rooms. It's not critical, but it was unpleasant to have to wait that long. The other thing, is that in order to use the swimming pool, you have to pay it separately and reserve a time slot to go there. Taking into account that the price of the room is quite high for this geographical area, they could have included the swimming pool as a perk.

Summary: Overall, I'll recommend it to friends and family who might travel to Kam'yanets'-Podil's'kyi!
